For a successful verification of your NIN ID, make sure your NIN, BVN, and Carbon details match exactly(including full name order and date of birth). If so, please raise a support ticket on the app to share your NIN ID for further verification.
1) Mismatched details
If the name or date of birth on your NIN doesn’t match what’s on your Carbon account (and BVN), verification will fail. Please ensure your details match exactly on your NIN, BVN, and Carbon account.

2) Verification portal issues
Sometimes the NIMC verification portal may be temporarily unavailable or slow. If that happens, please wait a few hours and try again.
