How many times can I reschedule my loan?
You can only reschedule your loan once.
Is there a fee for loan reschedule?
Yes, there is an upfront fee: A fee of N2,500 will be charged for a 7-day reschedule. A fee of N5,000 will be charged for a 14-day reschedule.
I want to reschedule my loan
You are eligible for a loan reschedule if you do not have an outstanding balance and if you do not have penalties on your loan account.
Can I get a discount to pay off my loan?
You will be notified when a concession is available.
