To add an extra layer of security to your account, you can enable biometrics (Face ID or fingerprint) on your Carbon app. This allows you to quickly sign in and authorize transactions using your device's built-in scanner.
Follow these simple steps to activate this feature:
Login to your Carbon app and go to Account at the footer of the app.
Select Security settings.
Tap Biometrics.
Toggle the button to Activate this option.
Enter your 4-digit PIN.
Follow the on-screen prompts to scan your Face ID or fingerprint.
Once activated, you can use your biometric information to securely access your account and transact.
