If your loan is not approved, the application fee is not refundable as stated on the app. The fee covers the work involved in reviewing every application—such as fraud checks, credit verification, and data security measures. Once we run the numbers, the costs are real.
What if there is an error or my application is stuck?
If your application does not get a clear approved or declined result, because of an error or pending status, the fee will be refunded.
