Device Change on Carbon: How to Remove Transaction Limit

What can I do when my device has just been changed and my transaction amount has been limited?

When you attempt to login into your existing Carbon account on a new device, this means that your device is untrusted and need to be confirmed.

  1. You will receive an email notification that a new device has been set up on your profile with the device information.
  2. You are then required to initiate one transaction below the amount of #5,000 and an OTP will be sent to you along with the details of the transaction.
  3. The OTP needs to be entered to successfully complete the transaction.
  4. Thereafter, you will have to re-login after which your device becomes trusted and can transact a ,m
