What are the applicable charges for using my Carbon card?
You are eligible for free withdrawals at any Providus Bank ATM terminal nationwide. There is a charge of ₦100 per ₦20,000 withdrawn at other bank ATMs. Off-site ATMs may charge up to ₦500 extra. This is effective March 1st, 2025.
