TRANSACTION LIMIT UPDATE:
There is a new CBN-mandated rule on transaction limit, and this may affect your transactions temporarily for;
A) New Account on a New Device
Customers opening a Carbon account for the first time will have a single cumulative transaction limit of ₦20,000 within the first 24 hours. This limit applies to the combined total of all inflows and outflows during that period.
B) Existing Account on a New Device
For existing Carbon customers who log in on a new device, a cumulative outflow limit of ₦20,000 will apply within the first 24 hours. Inflows are not restricted under this rule.
Please note: Each outflow transaction reduces the available outflow limit.
