Description of problem 
This error response indicates that Carbon’s payment processor has tried to charge the debit card multiple times and it has returned an ‘insufficient funds’ error.

Solution(s)
  • You can retry the transaction after a 24-hour period from the last transaction attempt.

  • You may also try using another bank’s card instead (if you have one) to complete the transaction.
