How to Correct BVN Phone Number on Carbon Account

The phone number I registered with on Carbon is not linked to my BVN, how can I correct this?

Please confirm that you have access to the phone number currently linked to your BVN.

If you have access:

Kindly raise a support ticket in the app. Tap the headset icon, select Contact Customer Support, provide the following in the description panel and submit the form:

  • Your BVN

  • The phone number linked to your BVN

Once we verify this information, we will resolve the issue within 24 hours.

If you do not have access to your BVN registered phone number:

First, you will need to update your active phone number on your BVN profile at your commercial bank. Once that is complete, please submit a support ticket in the app with your updated phone number and your BVN.
