Sometimes, even if your NIN details perfectly match your account, the verification may still fail if:


  1. The NIN verification portal is temporarily unavailable.

  2. We are unable to confirm your details

What you can do

  1. Wait a short while and retry the in-app verification process.

  2. If the challenge continues, please send your account number and a clear screenshot of your NIN slip to support@getcarbon.co 

  3. Email subject should be NIN Verification issues
