The card holder was not authorized. This is used in 3-D Secure Authentication.
Description of problem
This means that your card is not yet registered for 3D-Secure authentication which is required before an online card transaction can be completed. This would need to be activated by your bank.
Solution
Please contact your bank to enroll your card on ‘Mastercard SecureCode’ for Mastercards or ‘Verified by Visa’ for Visa cards.
