Description of problem

This indicates that you might have taken too long to complete or abandoned the transaction and so it was terminated for your security.

Solution(s)
  • Please try to complete the transaction within 2-3 minutes. This means entering your correct card details, any token sent by your bank and your PIN

  • If you don’t currently have access to your debit card or the device where the token was sent, you may retry the transaction using another card, if you have one
