This indicates that you have previously registered a Carbon account from our app or on the web application.
Please
be informed that we do not encourage duplicate accounts on our platform
and the detail on your BVN must match your Carbon profile.
To resolve this, we need to merge both accounts. Please confirm that you have access to the phone number currently linked to your BVN, then provide your BVN, a government approved ID (NIN) and a recent
utility bill (electricity,
waste, water corporation, etc.) within the last three months reflecting
your current house address for verification and further assistance.
To provide the document, raise a support ticket in-app, and attach the required documents.
