KYC upgrade to Level 2
Log into your Carbon account.
Select Account.
Tap on Upgrade Account to upgrade your KYC.
Enter your NIN (Please ensure the details on your NIN and account match).
Submit and wait for our review. If you experience any difficulty, please send your account number and NIN to support@getcarbon.co for further assistance.
KYC Upgrade to Level 3
It's easy for you to level up your account to KYC 3:
Go to Upgrade ‘’Account'’.
Click on Upgrade to level 3.
Select the meter number option and enter your electricity meter number details. Alternatively, select the utility bill option, upload a clear picture of your recent (last 3 months) utility bill. Please be sure that the picture is very clear and the address is visible.
(Note: Utility bill date cannot be older than 3 months and utility bill address has to be same as your Carbon profile address).
Submit for review.
