This error is specific to some Verve debit cards. The bank is requesting that you enter the mobile number linked to your account in order to validate the transaction.
Solution(s)
- You’ll need to enter the mobile number linked to the account the debit card is registered to
- You may also try using another bank’s card instead (if you have one) to complete the transaction.
