You can now view and copy your full card details (PAN) directly from the Carbon app. This means:

  • No need to always carry your physical card.

  • Faster and easier online payments.

  • Increased security since you can access details only when needed.

2. Card Termination for Better Security

Lost your card? No longer need it? You can permanently terminate your card from the app. This ensures:

  • No risk of unauthorized transactions.

  • You stay in full control of your account security.

3. A Shift to Verve

The new Pink Passport is now powered by Verve, not Visa. What this means:

  • The card is no longer personalized with your name but remains fully functional.

  • Works reliably across major online and in-store merchants in Nigeria.

  • Still secure, accessible, and ready for everyday spending.

How to Get Your New Pink Passport

If you were using the previous version of the Pink Passport, your old card will no longer work. Here’s how to request your new card:

1️⃣ Open the Carbon App and go to the Card section.
2️⃣ Select ‘Request New Card’ and follow the prompts.
3️⃣ Confirm your delivery details and complete your request.
4️⃣ Once it arrives, activate your card in the app.

💡 Tip: If you need to use your card for online payments while waiting for delivery, your virtual card is available instantly in the app.

1. Can I still use my old Pink Passport?

No, the old card has been discontinued. You will need to request the new version in the Carbon app.

2. Will my card number change?

Yes, since this is a new card, you will receive a new card number, CVV, and expiration date. Update your saved card details on any platform where you previously used your old card.

3. Is there a fee to request the new card?

Yes. You can check the app for card request fees or promotions.

4. Where can I use my Pink Passport?

The card works for:
