Important Update: Your Pink Passport is Taking a Power Nap (But Don't Panic!)

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve your Carbon experience, we have an update to share with you.

We'll be suspending ALL Carbon card operations starting on June 17th, 2024. This means you won't be able to use your debit card to make purchases or withdraw cash anywhere.

While we understand the challenges this might cause you, we are working on a new card provider to offer better service. We will communicate in the future as this progresses.

What does this mean for you? From June 17th, 2024, your current Carbon card will be inactive. Don't worry, your funds are safe and sound in your account. However, you won't be able to use your card until the new and improved Carbon card arrives.

Here's the good news:

  • You can still manage your account, pay with transfer and access your funds without any hassle via the Carbon app.

  • Rest assured, your epic 15.5% interest on savings and reaching your goals 9X faster with Circles will continue as usual!

  • We'll keep you updated every step of the way, and let you know as soon as the new card is ready for use.

We understand this may cause some inconvenience, but we assure you that the wait will be worth it.  The new Carbon debit card is going to be legendary.
