Why was I debited multiple times for my circle payment?
If you are sure that you do not have any Carbon Circles missing payment from the previous months (as an existing customer), your refund will be processed automatically between 24 - 48hrs. If you do not get your refund, kindly speak to a CS representative.
PS: This applies only to people who were debited twice on the same day.
