Not Receiving Verification Code for Your Phone Number? Troubleshoot Here

I did not receive the verification code to verify my phone number, what do I do?


Please confirm that the phone number registered on your account is available and reachable. If not, kindly revert.


If yes, also please confirm the following:
  1. Has your mobile line ever been ported from one mobile network to another? If so, kindly provide the number and the network the line was ported from and to.
  2. Has your line been activated for DND (Do not Disturb) by your mobile network? If so, please contact the network to deactivate your line from DND so you can receive SMS. You can also send ALLOW to 2442.
