If the verification link is not seen in your inbox, please check all the folders associated with your email (SPAM and Promotions inclusive).If not received, please do the following, then try again;
Ensure customer@getcarbon.co is not blocked or filtered from sending messages to your mail.
Ensure your email inbox isn't full yet.

Also, please add customer@getcarbon.co as a contact in your mail, you can do this by following the steps below;
  1. Kindly go to your browser and type contacts.google.com.
  2. Click on create contact.
  3. Fill out our email which is customer@getcarbon.co and save thereafter.
  4. Login to your carbon account and retry email verification.
