I am unable to take a selfie to upgrade my KYC to level 2.
Please update your Carbon app to the latest version, retry selfie from the profile page and raise a support ticket in-app if in need of further assistance.
To update on the profile page, kindly follow the steps to upload a selfie photo;
Click on ‘accounts’ at the footer of the home page.
On the page displayed, click on the picture icon.
Upload a picture in a clear and well lit environment.
Once completed, click on ‘save’ at the top right corner of the application.
Please take note of the following for a successful selfie upload;
Ensure there’s enough storage left to take & store photos.
Uninstall some unused apps to free up some phone memory.
Take a picture in a well lit environment and make sure your full face shows clearly.
Install Google photos from the Play Store and set it as the default photo application.
