Troubleshooting Selfie Upload for KYC Level 2 Upgrade

I am unable to take a selfie to upgrade my KYC to level 2.

Please retry selfie from the profile page and revert if in need of further assistance.


To update on the profile page, kindly follow the steps to upload a selfie photo;
  1. Click on ‘accounts’ at the footer of the home page.
  2. On the page displayed, click on the picture icon.
  3. Upload a picture in a clear and well lit environment.
  4. Once completed, click on ‘save’ at the top right corner of the application.


Please take note of the following for a successful selfie upload;
  1. Ensure there’s enough storage left to take & store photos.
  2. Uninstall some unused apps to free up some phone memory.
  3. Take a picture in a well lit environment and make sure your full face shows clearly.
  4. Install Google photos from the Play Store and set it as the default photo application.
