How do i recover my account?
You can recover your account by resetting your Carbon Pin.
To retrieve your pin, click on the forgot pin option, enter your date of birth and registered mobile number for pin reset.
If the difficulty persists, kindly send a screenshot of the following details as shown on your app (phone number and date of birth) via an in app support request.
