How do I make a loan repayment?
We have made repaying your loan at Carbon as easy as possible.
On your due date, your payment will conveniently be deducted from your Carbon Account or the account linked to the debit/ATM card provided during your loan application.
To make a payment:
- Click the ‘Make a Repayment’ button
- Enter the card details to be used for repayment or select your Carbon account if funded, and your account is immediately updated once payment is successful.
Note: A fee of 1% of your repayment amount, up to a maximum of ₦2000, will be charged if you are making a payment using your debit card, but repaying your loan from your Carbon account remains completely FREE.
