How do I fund my account?

You can fund your Carbon account with the steps below:

  1. Click ‘Add money’ to retrieve your Carbon account number

  2. Log in to your mobile banking app, select transfer to other banks 

  3. Enter the amount you want to fund your Carbon account with.

  4. Input your Carbon account account number and select Carbon/One Finance as the bank name.

  5. Once top-up is successfully completed, the funds will be reflected in your Carbon account.
