Obtaining a Letter of Non-Indebtedness from Carbon: Easy Steps

How can I get a letter of non-indebtedness from Carbon?

Upon repayment of your loan, we provided an email confirming your repayment and non-indebtedness to Carbon, but if you opt to procure a letter of non-indebtedness, it comes at a charge of N2000. To do that:

  1. Pay into your Carbon account.
  2. Notify us through our customer support channels (through social media/in-app) once effected.
  3. You will receive the letter to your registered email between 48-72 hrs of payment confirmation.
