How Can I get a letter of non-indebtedness from Carbon?
Upon repayment of your loan, we provided an email confirming your repayment and non-indebtedness to Carbon, but if you opt to procure a letter of non-indebtedness, it comes at a charge of N537.5. Do pay into your Carbon account and follow the steps below to generate your letter of non-indebtedness;
Go to Account > Letter of Non-Indebtedness.
The app displays a summary of your last loan details and indicates whether you are eligible for the letter.
If eligible, proceed to make payment for the letter.
The applicable fee is debited directly from your account.
Once payment is successful, the Letter of Non-Indebtedness is generated instantly.
You can either download the letter or share it directly using the share option.
Please note that you may need to update the app to see this feature if you have not yet done so.
