How Can I get a letter of non-indebtedness from Carbon?

Upon repayment of your loan, we provided an email confirming your repayment and non-indebtedness to Carbon, but if you opt to procure a letter of non-indebtedness, it comes at a charge of N500. Do pay into your Carbon account and notify us by sending us an email to support@getcarbon.co once the payment is completed.


To fund your Carbon account;

  1. Go to the Carbon app home page, click ‘Add money’ to retrieve your Carbon account ID (Carbon account number).

  2. Log in to your Bank’s mobile app, select transfer to other banks.

  3. Enter the amount you want to fund your Carbon account with, input your Carbon account ID (Carbon account number) and select Carbon/One Finance as the bank name.

  4. Once top-up is successfully completed, the funds will reflect in your Carbon account.


Our team will prepare and send the requested letter to your registered email between 30 minutes to 1 hour after payment confirmation.
