How can I change my residential address?

Provide a recent utility bill not older than 3 months, to confirm your change of address via the in- app support (help center)


Acceptable bills include; 

 

  • Tenancy Agreement

  • Communication bill

  • Tax Bills

  • Sub-Contractors Certificates

  • Tax Receipts

  • Official ID from Government

  • Certificates showing current address

  • Letters received through post

  • Waste Management Bill

  • Electricity bill

  • Certificate of Occupancy

  • Registered Survey
