How can I change my residential address?
Please take the following steps to update your residential address in-app.
Login to your Carbon app and select Account at the footer of your homepage.
Tap on “Profile”
Tap on “Residential details and tap on "change address”
Edit your address accordingly and tap on "Continue" to verify your address. You can click on upload utility bill or enter meter number for address verification
If you are unable to edit the address in-app, please provide your full residential address including your local government area and a recent utility bill(not older than 3 months) showing your address by raising a support ticket on the app or send an email to support@getcarbon.co for update.
