How can I change my Carbon Business Transaction PIN?

  • Login to your account
  • Click your Profile icon at the top right of your dashboard
  • Select Security
  • Go to Change Transaction PIN
  • Enter and confirm your new PIN


On the Mobile App:
  • Login to your account
  • Tap the Settings icon from the bottom navigation bar
  • Select Security
  • Tap Transaction PIN
  • Enter and confirm your new PIN


🔐 Security Verification
For your protection, a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered email address. You must enter this code to verify the change before your new PIN becomes active.
Tip: Never share your OTP or Transaction PIN with anyone.
