Description of problem

This is an error from your bank indicating one of the following:

That the transaction will bring your account balance below the limit set by the bank, or
You have exceeded your daily transaction limit for that account

Solution(s)

You’ll need to confirm from your bank what your minimum account balance is. Ensure that your transaction does not take you below that amount.
You can also contact them to increase your daily transaction limit
You may also try using another bank’s card instead (if you have one) to complete the transaction.
