Description of problem
This error occurs when you are trying to add your debit card details on the app and it indicates that you abandoned the transaction at the point of authentication.
Solution(s)
Please retry the transaction and provide the OTP sent to your token device to complete the transaction
If you don’t currently have access to the device were the token was sent, you may try using another card, if you have one.
