How can I disable recurring debit?
On Carbon Android
To disable a recurring bill payment/ airtime top-up, please follow the steps below in the app;
1. Launch the app,
2. Click on payments at the footer of the home page
3. Click on recurring payments
4. Tap on the transaction you wish to disable, select ‘delete’ then confirm the action.
On Carbon IOS
1. Launch the app
2. Click on payments at the footer of the home page
3. Click on history
4. Click on recurring payments
5. Swipe left and select delete, then confirm the action.
