- Has another person used the device to access Carbon/Paylater?
This indicates that one of the actions mentioned above has occurred
Please check to ensure your device has not been used by someone else to access Carbon/Paylater
Also ensure that if you have more than one phone number, you have not attempted to use both numbers to register
