When do we update your credit report?

Our updates to the credit bureaus are sent out daily for closed loan facilities. You can reach out to the bureaus 72 hours after your loan is closed to confirm this update. However, if you have a differing report after contacting the bureau, raise an in-app support ticket with a copy of the credit report(PDF format) for further assistance. 

Which of the credit bureaus do we report to?
We are obligated to submit all credit records/reports of all loan accounts (paid, active or late) with at least 2 of the credit bureaus in the country and they are
  1. First Central Credit Bureau 
  2. Credit Reference Company Credit bureau
