2. Merge Your Accounts: We may need to merge your duplicate accounts especially if unable to access your existing account. Please raise a support ticket inapp or send a mail to support@getcarbon.co to provide the following documents and information:
Your BVN
Your newly registered phone number
An image of your NIN slip
An image of a recent utility bill (electricity, waste, water, etc.) that is not older than 3 months and shows your house address.
Our support team will review your documents and complete the account merger within 24 working hours.
