Failed airtime top-ups or transactions in progress are usually resolved within 24 hours. If you were debited but haven’t received value or a refund after 24 hours, please raise a support ticket in-app for prompt assistance.


For erroneous airtime top up, (wrong phone numbers, incomplere number) contact your mobile network provider for further assistance as we do not refund successful airtime purchases.
