How do I transfer from the Carbon Account [Wallet]?
Kindly follow the steps below to transfer funds into your desired bank account.
When you log in to your home page,
1. Select ‘Send money’
2. Select ‘New Recipient’ and enter your bank account number
3. Select bank name
4. Enter the amount you want to send
5. Select Continue
6. Select ' Securely Pay '
7. Then input your Carbon pin to confirm payment.
You will receive a prompt notification that your transaction was successful.
You have 30 free transfers every 30 days after which you will be charged N10 for each wallet to bank transfer.
